The Synapse intelligent twinax adapter is microprocessor based with 64K of
RAM and uses no IRQ and so is not dependent on the OS or the processor
speed.  It runs perfectly under any version of Windows including NT with no
dropoff problems.  Yes, most are putting in Ethernet but some still have a
twinax requirement and Synapse works every time.
