Find out more about the products themselves.  

I think the merits of each pretty much determine your choices.  If you have a 
shop full of RPFG programmers and need to migrate them to java, then you'd 
choose one product.  If on the other hand you had a loiot of java people 
already, and more coming, you'd choose the other product.  

I think that's the case, but that's why I said to find out more.
