We use Zebra printers and TLAshford.  I'm not directly involved with the
products, so I can't give you a lot of information.  But we still have both
products, and keep adding more Zebra printers, so they must be doing
something right.   (:

I don't know the cost of the supplies either.  I do know that the quality
of the ribbons and labels is important; don't try to save a few bucks at
the expense of poor print quality or equipment troubles.
