AS/400 connection for Rent

Hello all,
                      I am looking for an  AS/400 connection from my home
for rent.  Is there any company offering
this kind of service.  This is not to use for business purpose. This is
just to learn AS/400 for one of my relative.

                     Any help is greatly appreciated.
