Chuck:
You can't monitor for these because they are not ESCAPE messages.  You could
write a CL program that lists all the line desc that have the same resource
and then look to see what the status of each line is to determine if another
line is using the resource.  I have written this code before, however it
must have been on a customer's box because I can't find it.
