Ravi,

        Break the thing up into smaller sub programs.
        Drop the Matching Record Logic.
        Only Use L1 through L5 instead of L9
        Reduce the number of GOTO statements.
        ******

         Seriously, I would move it to ILE, as well as looking at putting
the common routines into service programs instead of inline code.
