I have a client that IMHO was recently abused by Infinium on an upgrade
issue.  This is software for a big business that cam afford big upgrade
fees.  But when a firm upgrades from a Model 300 to Model 170, and the
ultimate upgrade fee is in excess of six digits, this would seem to me to
be unfair.  

Because of this situation, I am not recommending this company to anyone.
