I published the source of how to handle this problem in my "Concepts and
Examples IV" presentation that in did at COMMON circa 1993.  I could
publish the code on the list (when I'm home, next week), but the attachment
will not be trivial in size.  The example was 14 pages (by memory) of code
typed single space.  I will also have to convert it from Text Management/38
(effective word processing for the graphically challenged) to MS Word, as
the converted Text Management/38 file will not convert cleanly into e-mail
(formatting problems).  

If anyone wants this, please e-mail me over the weekend.  David, please
grant the permission to pass this (relatively large [in truth I have no
idea how big]) file to the list.
