Job QZSCSRVS is a Pre-Start job for the Client Access
Central server client management job.  You'll likely get one
for each Client that connects to your /400.  If you end
them, the user's connection goes away :(
They are _normally_ only active at session initialization,
and don't use much processing resources at all.
