Are you talking about from an as/400 save file?  If so, 
http://www.bavarian-cons.com has a very good and very in-expensive 
solution.

Most (All?) of the as/400 solutions create the cd image.  Then you use 
the software that came with your CDR drives to actually burn the CDR.

If it is a networked CDR, that might or might not cause a 
problem....but the problem will be with the pc based cdr program.  Not 
with your /400 stuff.
