You will need to set up PASS directives in your HTTP Config file to tell the
system where someone is allowed to access documents from.  In your case, it
would be
PASS    /*

Probably not the most secure directive, (access to everything) but you can
change in later.  We like to put all our web pages in a directory named
/Intranet/.
