I totally AGREE with u.
This is true for almost all big companies. They give lot of training but fail to
give a good salary.
And this is true for big companies all over the world.
I have a live example too.
There is an Indian company which is rated number 1 in India. Though the company
has a good infrastructure and good trianing facilities, it is considered being
among the poor  pay masters. This results in a high attrition rate.
This is logical. Everyone works to earn money, no one works just for doing
charity works. Money plays the most important part.  And then the management
cries. What's the point then? Increase the salary!
