Hi Karl, Yes, lots of people are using Domino for AS/400 - this note is being written on a notes client attached to a Domino for AS/400 server. We are currently migrated people from Officevision to Notes clients and most of the time we have few problems. You need to use the SMTP MTA to connect to the AS/400 Mail server framework in order to communicate with officevision users and we have had a few problems with that - make sure you are up to date on the PTFs. In order to connect to the Domino server, you need to use a notes client (or a browser). This communicates to the Domino server using TCP. If you do not need green screen access to the AS/400 then you do not need client access. Data can be imported into Domino from the AS/400 database in a number of ways. Notes Pump can be used, LS:DO can also be used but requires more programming.
