See if you can display additional options on each prompt of the option 21.  
Then select OUTPUT(*PRINT).

It's been too many years since I've seen MAPICS to answer the rest of your 
questions.

Thanks to all those who replied to my questions about backups. I have been 
reading the Backup and Recovery Guide and have a few more questions:

When using the Save screen, #21, will I get a report listing what has been 
saved on each tape as I go along?  I'm wondering how I would know what tape 
to use when restoring a file.  Will this execute the SAVSYS, SAVDLO, AND 
SAVLIB?

When I run the MAPICS system Backup Master Files procedure, what exactly is 
being backed up?  There is no report or job listing produced when I run it. 
 Is there an option I can set somewhere that will cause these procedures to 
produce a listing?

And, finally, if I do the Save, #21, and then carry on doing the Mapics 
Backup Master Files, does this mean that I could restore by doing a 
Restore, #21, then restore Master files and have a complete recovery?  I am 
not doing any development work at all, we are simply running the production 
Mapics system.
