You need to have a profile on the receiving system that has enough
authority to use the STRSBS command.  One way around it is to have a
program on the receiving end that adopts enough authority to do the job.

You also need to have a minimum system running at the remote end-- things
like QCMN and QSNADS and such.

This is the kind of thing that bites you once and then you install the back
door.   (:
