Whether it's a problem or not is largely a matter of perception, but yes
the program will carry on ploughing through the file till it either finds a
record or reaches the end. Unless it is essential that the records are
processed in the order they're added this file sounds like a perfect
candidate for CHGPF FILE(bucket) REUSEDLT(*yes).
