Oludare,
I think  you will be hitting some  performance problems with this
configuration mix. THUS  hindering your efforts. Very  seriously,  this new
BPCS adds  some heavy overhead and stretches the  old  reliable system of
the past..

You  would be  better of  looking at a low  end  700 series system which
today   offers considerable  system software savings. Doing that you might
consider your 510 as the  test system, and be  better positioned for the
future.

On the solutions  side you should  consider a few  Y2K options:

        installation of a system to  forecast what and when a   2000 date
might
          enter your system thus challenging the  new code.
        
        Employ  an IV & V  review and Business Contingency/Continuity  plans
