Folks,

Here is a new one for you all. It appears that at some PTF levels of V4R3
there is a bug in SQL where access plans are not re-evaluated after changing
your library list.

To recreate:

1) Log-on
2) Pick a file that exists in two (or more) libraries, Lib1 and Lib2
3) Add Lib1 to the top of your library list
3) strsql
4) select * from file where field = 'a'
5) remember results
6) exit sql
7) add Lib2 to your library list higher than Lib1
8) strsql
9) rerun select statement (WITHOUT changing the case of anything)
10) You will get your old results (SQL run over file in Lib 1)
11) Change the case of anything ('from' to 'FROM' or 'froM' or 'From' ...)
12) rerun query and you will get new (correct) results.

I'll keep you informed as I get more info.

-Walden
