In the CF specs, support something like

variable++
or
variable--

that will increment or decrement a variable.  Also, make the program able to
compile to V3R2, V3R7.  Otherwise I wouldn't get to use them!  They would
generate the same internal code, right?  So why not?

Also, would an EVAL be necessary on a CF spec?  I don't see why it should
be.
