Any rudimentary business course refers to concepts like 'satisifiers versus 
motivators'.  You need adequate money to satisfy, but it is not a motivator.  
Another oft quoted principle is Maslow's needs.  For example I almost pulled 
up and moved out of the company and area I love because one of the Maslow's 
needs was not being met.

issue.  Let's hear all about your presentations @ COMMONs in this regard.
