Dave, this is EXACTLY why I don't like all the Q&A. I ALWAYS get some dolt that's answering the phone doing the triage that is technically clueless but insists that they NEEED to know tonnes of stuff because "I'm told to ask these questions..." And, I gave their supverv a earful about wasting my time yesterday... and the looney tart insisted that she "HAD" to ask all this stuff...because "it's what they told me to do..." Then you have to tell the same thing again to the next person up the food chain, which is generally where you needed to be in the first place... I guess old Watson's "THINK" sign came down a LONG time ago....
