RE: Creating a user to only FTP.

You'll first need to set up FTP exit programs to restrict operations.  I'm
going to have some shareware soon that will allow this.  Mail me at
bvstone@bresnanlink.net if you want me to let you know when this is out.  It
should be fairly soon.
