AW: How IBM distribute the PTF

Hi Ivan!

For us the procedure is simple:
We SndPTFOrd SF99103 and within a week or so
a CD arrives. Works also for ordering the cum CDs.

The CDs come from Denmark i suppose,
where the software distribution center is located.

I wonder why there is no similar center in the asian region.
I'd suggest to try ordering and look what happens.
The software support people can track the PMR which is
generated by your order.

A system admin's life is a sorry one.  The only advantage he has
over Emergency Room doctors is that malpractice suits are rare.
On the other hand, ER doctors never have to deal with patients
installing new versions of their own innards!
