PC Console Setup, HELP

Guys anyone,

I have a 9401-150 and using a PC as the console.  The PC com port 1 is
set at 9600 baud rate and NS ROUTER is configured for ASYNC
communication.  I also have another router configured on the same PC,
using TCPIP, for another AS/400 9404-510.  I would also like to setup a
third router to connect to 9401-150 using TCPIP as soon I can use the
console to configure the system.

I need a detail step-by-step procedure for this ASYNC communication and
how to set the system for unatteded IPL (what are the codes).
