Try this: 
UPDATE LIBRARY/FILE A SET FIELD1 = 
(SELECT FIELD2 FROM LIBRARY/FILE2 B WHERE A.KEYFLD = B.KEYFLD)
WHERE A.KEYFLD IN (SELECT KEYFLD FROM LYBRARY/FILE2)
