To expand the example a bit,

CPY OBJ('/QSYS.LIB/VINING.LIB/TESTF.FILE/TEST.MBR')
    TOOBJ('/QDLS/VINING/NEXTLVL/test')
    FROMCODPAG(37) TOCODEPAGE(1257) DTAFMT(*TEXT)

would copy VINING/TESTF.TEST to the document test in directory
/QDLS/VINING/NEXTLVL/.  test could then be accessed via
WRKLNK OBJ('/QDLS/VINING/NEXTLVL/*') or alternatively via
WRKDOC FLR('VINING/NEXTLVL').
