Just got the June issue of Manufacturing Systems magazine and lo and behold there is a special 28 page insert on the AS/400. Right on the cover it asks "Can IBM's midrange server prosper in a era of multiplatform application suites? Inidcations are it can, thanks to: * Unmatched reliability and uptime * 64-bit performance and scalability * Server consolidation issues * The strongest Java Virtual Machine ever Haven't read the whole thing yet, but it looks like at least some people outside of us "bigots" is getting the hint!!!!!
