SEU Enhancement

In V4R2 IBM gave you probably the _last_ enhancement to SEU that you will ever
see - the ability to add your own line commands to the editor. It would not be
hard to do what you suggest that way. Check out News/400's RPG source newsletter
for a good explanation of how to do it. The articles in question may be on the
web, but I can't check right now.
