I will be of NO help to you on this other than to sympathize with you; but 
you've
shed some light on a problem I've been having here. We moved from a Unix box to 
the
AS/400 at the first of this year (the Unix box predated my arrival here last 
year
and I've had nothing to do with it...) and I've had one of our KEY users who 
arrives
EARLY in the morning, taking a C on end of forms messages on our laser printer
lately...  I've been contemplating "politely" mentioning that this doesn't 
stand for
Continue (since I see the writers job log and KNOW this is happening) but did 
want
to "diss: anyone or insult anyone. Now that should be NO problem since it is an
honest mistake...

Somewhat related - for all of us who moved from the S/38 to the AS/400 WAY back 
when
- 4 was HOLD on the S.38 and it is CANCEL on the AS/400 (of course). For those 
of us
fast of finger(s) this was a REAL eye opener . AND on that first release of 
OS/400
there was NOT that second "are you sure you want to cancel" screen !!
