The code is up on our web site.  Go to www.ediconsulting.com/download.html
for
the link.  I have included the C source code in the .zip file and also made
the readme file available to view from the page.  Let me know if this looks
OK to you.  If anyone else has some code they would like to put out, I'd be
happy to include it on our this page for free.
