We tried this a year ago and realized that the only way to fully
recover back to today was to do a opt 21 save before the testing
and do a scratch/reload after testing.
Some of the problems we had were:
        - SNADS distributions disappeared into the bit bucket
        - We had some issues with journals not tracking correctly
        - Miscellaneous problems with objects in QUSRSYS
        - Our save software (ROBOT) was completely hosed
        - We use ROBOT Console and had problems with duplicate
           messages with the original date/time.
IBM recommends a scratch/reload and we have been doing that same
thing on all 3 of our Y2K 400s for the last year.
