Jeffrey, I think your idea is excellent.  

Even more excellent would be an IBM advertising campaign to support your
idea instead of that friggin' "I am" campaign.  Why would any manager
respond to Steve's suggesting a seminar when the manager is beseiged with
MS advertising and sales calls but only sees someone in a crowd in China
hop up with a sign saying "I am"...
