Art, you are correct.  I just tested it on MC's machine which is on V4R4.
I'll dig into it and get a fix out.  IBM should not be changing
APIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They did in from V4R2 to V4R3 as well
that screwed up my SCNMSGF utility.  one byte....

Oh well... :)  

When I do get a fix, I'll post it on my web site as well.
