Well, I've already had two volunteers so far.

I think the basic idea would be for the editor of the 'zine to collect all 
the techniques and tips posted to MIDRANGE-L, RPG400-L, JAVA400-L, and (big 
MAYBE) comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc... format them nicely and post to a 
broadcast only mailing list.

As with all lists hosted by MIDRANGE dot COM, no compensation would be 
provided to the editor / moderator... no charge would be made for 
subscriptions... and no advertising would be placed in the 'zines sent out.
