Putting out the message is a no brainer... Finding out who is using it
might be a lot tougher.. This goes back to the old S/36  IF JOBXX-active
which they never really duplicated on the 400. The S/36 still works on
the 400 sooooooo there must be an program that is capable of determining
if a job is active(not who is using it)... I assume you are looking at a
series of API's if that's possible.
