DLTOLDSPLF is a TAA Tool.  This was freeware in V3R1 and below.  IBM has 
subsequently licensed it to Jim Sloan, Inc.  The TAA Productivity Tools are 
available for license at a relatively inexpensive price.  They are Y2K 
ready and have command help, which the old freeware tools did not 
have.  They also have support and the number of tools has doubled.  see
