Don't know the details, but there are scholarships available.  I kinda' 
question the wisdom of the one that was provided to an employee from a 
company the size of Keane in SF, but the details weren't really given as to 
whether or not it was a full time employee or a more cash-strapped 
consultant.  You might check out www.common.org and see if more details are 
given there...
