Is there an API to add/remove product library?

I want to be able to insert/delete this library from the
stack without having to execute a CL command. Sometimes our
programs will be called directly by the customer, and We'd
like to use product library to ensure our data files are
accessable.

QWTCHGJB let's you change Initial library list, Current
library, and Home directory, but not Product library....

And there is reference in the on-line manuals to QLICHGLL
API, but I can't seem to find the specifications on how to
call it or what it will do.

????
