Mary, I am assuming 1. the file already exsists and it is not on IFS. then, have you tried downloadint the .fdf and exporting the file to the AS400 using file transfer utility with CA a .csv format, or maybe you could try linking via odbc to the file on the AS400 if you want to maintain that file. This may not be your answer but it should get a conversation going. I have semi-successfully gotten the file to the 400 but the file name is surrounded in double quotes and I cannot see the fields in Ops/Nav. What am I doing wrong?
