RE: changing two fields in a file

Actually, TESTN has a problem.  Certain letters, "G" and "H", I believe, are
considered to be numeric by TESTN.  I was bitten by this on a project
several years ago.  Since then, I have always tested each character of a
field for less than "0" or greater than "9".

 TESTN is the proper op code.  Then YOU have to decide what to do with the
bad data!
