I would recommend the following courses from any LAEC (Lotus Authorized
Education Center):
Basic User
Beyond the Basics
Using Calendaring and Scheduling
System Admin I
Application Development I
System Admin II

The App Dev allows you to see security features that could be built into
programming, etc. Much as the recommend path for a developer is to take
the Sys Ad I course.

Then the yellow book:
'Installing and Managing Domino for AS/400'

After you finish these then consider a couple of redbooks:
'Lotus Domino for AS/400: Installation, Customization and Administration'
'Lotus Domino R5.0 Enterprise Integration: Architecture and Products'

Subject: Domino Administration

I was interested to see what people thought about the proper education path for
Domino administration. IBM has two courses that look good but I think I may
lead with the 400 Groups Domino from an AS/400 perspective. Any thoughts or
preferences? Classes, seminars, books, videos, etc.

And then a similar question on the development side. We are looking at some
Lotus certified training companies for this.

Perspective of our site is no one has any decent Lotus/Domino knowledge but are
very well grounded on the AS/400.
