We also had a problem with large spooled files hanging (not printing) and IBM told us to use the DESTOPT parameter on the CRTOUTQ command. They said to put 'XAUTOQ' in there and that would fix it... and it did fix it. I'll be darned if I remember what it does and why it fixed things though... something about timing out and then starting all over again instead of picking up where it left off. Anyway, like I said, if fixed the problem for our TCP/IP connected Remote Outqueues. -----Original Message----- From: Bruce Collins [mailto:bacollins@twitchellcorp.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 24, 1999 2:22 PM To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com Subject: RE: I am downloading it now. I am on release V4R4 and was able to download a PTF to fix this problem. APAR MA20261 recommends the following PTF's to deal with an error where "When printing large files using TCP/IP, the printing will not complete" R410 MF21920 R420 MF22381 R430 MF22626 R440 MF22469 Hope this assists.
