Also, remember that the unprotected space on the system also is usually 
unaccounted for by DSPOBJD.   This includes the temporary storage space used by 
jobs while the system is running.  Sometimes a runaway job can use GB's of disk 
and after it's cancelled, magically the storage is returned.  When you go to 
restricted state, you will see this space decrease.  Look at the WRKSYSSTS 
screen and you'll find current and max unprotected storage.
