But what is the point of going cold turkey with 14 books (many of which are
very important manuals)? Why couldn't the books be available in both places?
Why can't the Info Center have a good search facility? What can't _all_
AS/400 manuals be indexed? Why can't IBM provide Adobe's index file facility
the PDFs IBM distributes?

Why can't the company telling us we all need to be doing e-business do it
right themselves! It's about customers and their needs, not what's
convenient for IBM!
