Dean,

  Been there mashed my nose on that one.  My solution was to setup
passthrough between the AS/400 and the *M36.  There are examples of
how to do that in the manuals but if you can't find that let me know
and I'll get you some screen dumps.  The AS/400 side is simple, and
the *M36 side is CNFIGICF.  This passthrough is across a 'virtual'
token-ring and you can have a LOT of sessions this way.  Better yet
the *M36 creates the displays on the fly.
