Jim,

SNADS can move non-data objects if you save them to a save file first.  The 
steps
(roughly) are

Source System
CRTSAVF
SAVOBJ
SNDNETF

Target System
CRTSAVF
RCVNETF
RSTOBJ

I've been using similar process for years.
