 Since the program is intended to be distributed to my client's customers,
they were concerned over the runtime fees associated w/ each copy.  This is
unacceptable, since they effectively have to pay over and over again.
Also, this project doesn't really require interfacing w/ the /400.

 It doesn't today, which is why I'm in the midst of giving it a whirl.
