I had a similar beast (20 cart version) at the last place I worked.

It was great, although the picker was a little "Picky" sometimes.

One thing I can say about it ... it was very FAST.  The compression
ratio was good to.  I could regularly backup our entire system (20gb)
onto a single tape.

The tapes are a bit pricy, if I remember right.
