Debbie,
I'm not sure I can give you a bunch of technical info, but I can tell you
that we are an agricultural company and we utilize Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 to
allow our field reps to access the 400 thru WRQ's Reflections program...
We have had great luck with it and I highly recommend it...
as for your Firewall I would talk to Networking Company they would know what
Firewalls are better, (or at least they will know about the one's they
sell).
The Reflections program runs off of Telnet and is very easy to set up and to
customize...
some of our users have to go to a Machine 36 so we wrote a macro that runs
all the commands to TFRM36...(of course we could also set up on 400 thru
user).
Wise is a good system for accessing Citrix... of course you can do that a
number of ways even thru old systems (486 and Pentium).
HTH,
Gavin

PS: I would be happy to try and help on any specific questions about things
we did... (except the Firewall, it is long and drawn out..**G**)... but
getting the 400 ready for Citrix and reflections was as easy as loading
IP... If you can telnet from a W/S into the 400 you can use Reflections...
(sorry to be so Long winded)...
