If you don't like Bruce's Option, performance tools will collect this
information.  You should be able to extract the data you need from one of the
files in QPFRDATA.  Adjust your data collection to 15 minute intervals and you
should get exactly what you need.  In fact if you don't have Performance tools
you can still collect the data and extract it with SQL or Query.
